The Overland Chef 8 Inch Chef's Knife is crafted in Maniago, Italy, with a 16° edge, while the Adventure Chef Folding 6 Inch Chef's Knife features a 15° edge and is made with blade steel from Germany and assembled in China.

The handles of these knives are made from a variety of materials, including Italian Olive Wood, Polyoxymethylene, Ultra-Tough Canvas Micarta, and Carbonized Maple.

In addition to their exceptional knives, Messermeister also offers the Messermeister Preservation Collection, a line of knife luggage made from 100% recycled water bottles. This knife bag features a luxuriously soft and durable fabric, five elasticized and reinforced pockets for culinary tools, and can hold up to an 18" knife.
